Training : Training for Shows : Checklist

Here is a checklist of things to take with you to an overnight conformation show:

1. Freshly bathed and groomed dogs
2. Exercise Pen with shade cover (if outdoors)
3. Crates for your dogs (soft and/or metal)
4. Show leash and show collar for each dog
5. Bait for the ring
6. Clothes with pockets or small purse/bait bag
7. Food for your dogs
8. Food and water bowls for the hotel as well as the show site
9. Dogs' pedigrees, Rabies certificates, proofs of Parvo/Distemper immunity
10. First-Aid kit
11. Bungie cords
12. Poop bags
13. "Shout" stain remover pads
14. Camp-style folding chairs
15. Snacks and drinks
16. Camera with plenty of film
17. Judging schedule, directions to show site, and to the hotel
